Go Paperless!

Improved UX & UI

I was tasked to improve the flow of our process for Enrolling in Paperless. As it stood, the user clicked a banner on the dashboard, and was brought to a separate page to enroll their accounts. From there, they had to hit the back button or the home button and it was a bit disruptive. First step was to shorten the process by not taking them away from the dashboard. I created a pop up module for them to enroll without leaving the page. I also improved the UI of the paperless setting pages. Take a look at the before and after.

Tier Acceleration (Formerly FastTrack)

New Feature

There are different levels of banking at Citi, depending on how much money you have in your accounts. Naturally the higher levels have more perks. We were asked to create a process for encouraging users to level up to the next level. It was originally called “FastTrack,” but after too many cooks were in the kitchen, it became “Tier Acceleration.” Unfortunate name aside, it was a fun project to design, test, and ship. Please take a look at the finished product below.

Citi Wealth Builder

New Feature / Improved UI

While I was on the Wealth Team at Citi, I was asked to improve how a potential client would assess their risk levels. We had charts to show them Conservative, Moderate, and Aggressive portfolios. I had to take a Power Point design and bring it to life.

User Flows - CitiPay

Create flows for DLOC and MIL

CitiPay is an alternative to PayPal, Apple Pay, and other pay later services. There are 2 versions, DLOC (Digital Line of Credit) and MIL (Merchant Installment Loan). DLOC is a line of credit that you are approved for. You then use that to buy what you want. MIL is specific to a purchase you are making. These flows are now being used to build out the experience.
